Posters with pictures of naked women on the facades of houses shows and pornographic theaters can no longer be displayed in Sao Paulo. Establishments had until July 18 to prevent the ads to be seen on sidewalks, in accordance with the decree of the Mayor Gilberto Kassab (DEM) published in the Official Gazette of the municipality.

Advertisements for porn should be facing the inside of the theaters, at least two meters from the entrance. If the property does not have the minimum distance required by law, the owner of the site must install opaque walls. It is also prohibited the dissemination of erotic material in places that display movies or shows to the public for children and adolescents.

Those who disobey the decisions are subject to a fine of $ 1,500. The amount doubles in case of recurrence, and if the site is caught for the third time, the city may revoke its business license. The inspection will be up to city halls.

Part of the erotic center cinemas have adapted to the decree. Film Posters from the Paris Avenue in Ipiranga, for example, are hidden behind a black wall. From the sidewalk, a sign says: "Look at our posters. Come and check out our schedule. " Kassab's decree regulates the bill Alderman Quito Ant (PR), which, in turn, changed the 9888 law, 1985.
